Yes, who wants to exercise? We know we "should" do it... but why? "It is too hard..!" "It takes too much time..!" Well, doesn't medication and sick days cost more? A good way to do it is just to... “Do it!” One useful technique is to keep your walking shoes by your door... and when you get up... put them on and step out! If you have a dog, walk it as it'll be a win-win! The neurotransmitters (e.g., mood-balancing Serotonin) will start kicking-in as a great anti-depressant ~~ better than coffee!! It will also equate as a health and love-yourself task that you can cross-of your to-do list. If outside, enjoy nature. If inside, listen to great music or positive things.
