In this current time of seclusion... as much as it is possible, what can we do? We can first make sure that we and our loved ones are safe and sound. Then, we must just practice patience... Yes, easier said than done. Patience, mindfulness... We can also take this opportunity to assess our own essence. That is, how are we doing? Are we the best version of ourselves? If not, then, maybe we can work on it. Ways that come to mind are: reflection, taking classes/courses on self-help/development, ask family/friends for suggestion... I am on the path or becoming more spiritual/enlightened/work on more on my abstract... essence of thoughts, perceptions, ESP... We must do whatever makes sense to us. To me, it is continuing trying to be the best that I can be not only for myself but also to others. No perfection (never been), just a bit better as I believe that when I cross-over/pass, I want to be in the light and no material thing will come with me, lol. Have a great day!
