Are you Anxious?

So, you felt anxious about something. Sorry about that but... so what? We are not perfect! Anxiety is considered a normal human reaction. What makes it "a problem" is... continuously... feeling like that. When we get “anxious”, we tend to breath shallowly. When we breathe shallowly, our heart can’t pump enough oxygen to our brain. Therefore, our brain cells get all “confused” and can’t help us think properly! The best immediate (and free) thing to do is just to breathe! Breathe... and then: close our eyes (3-5 mns.). This will help us slow down to an “alpha-relaxed” state where we can re-set before continuing with our day. I try to do it throughout the day and it does work, You can do it too!
